Under 19 girls National Team will depart to Bhutan later today to participate in the SAFF Championships. 

To leave with leave from Greater Male' Bus Terminal at 17:45pm.

This is the first ever SAFF Under 19 Girl's Championships. The Competition will be help from 28th September to 7th October. Maldives is drawn in Group A with India and the hosts Bhutan. Group B will be contested by Nepal, Bangladesh and Pakistan. Sri Lanka is the only member of the SAARC region that is not participating. Sri Lanka withdrew from the competition shortly after the draw. Originally Group A had Maldives, India and Sri Lanka.
