Victory SC has signed Pedro Henrique Oliveira for the 2018 footballing season. He is a Brazilian born East Timorese Forward. He was born and raised in Sao Paulo, Brazil. He began his career as a footballer in 2004 with Brazilian top club Sao Paulo FC, where he played for the next 3 years. He first moved out of Brazil in 2014 to Qatar where he signed one year contract with Qatar League club, Al-Mesaimeer Sports Club. He scored 9 goals in 12 appearances in the 2014-2015 Qatar Second Division League, finishing as the top scorer at the end of the mid season. He also played in the Oman Professional League in 2015 along with his striking partner Angel Munoz who is also currently playing for Victory SC.

Victory SC has lost both their opening matches and are already under pressure to perform and get some points on the board. They face a touch match against TC Sports Club in the next round of STO Male’ league, and would hope the new arrival would help the team record its first points for the season.
