Milandhoo has not submitted the forms to compete in the Minivan Championships of 2018.

Milandhoo is best known last year as the team that tamed TC Sports twice in the Premier League. According to our sources the reason they failed to participate is that they did not get the 'go ahead' from the Island Council. BoalhaMV understands that one of the reasons is financial. All the team in first division and second division from Male' are given financial assistance. Meanwhile the other route to the Premier League which is the Atolls Tournament, the Zone Tournament and the Final Round of Minivan Championship are not given financial assistance. One of our sources confirm this is a huge challenge for the clubs that are competing for the Premier League status from the Atolls
