One of the biggest network in Maldives, Ooredoo has signed in with the biggest club of Maldives, New Radient Sports Club as their new ambassador.

An event at today evening in FAM turf ground, on behalf of Blues, Chairman Mohamed Ziyad and on behalf of Ooredoo Maldives, CEO Najeeb Khan, signed the paperwork. Numbers of blues fans and first team players were present for the event.

Ooredoo Maldives is also the sponser for the biggest local football league, Dhivehi Premier League. Ooredoo Maldives signed in with Football Association of Maldives for three years as the main sponsor for the DPL.

“Maldives is a very football passionate country. And we, Ooredoo Maldives, wants very much to help to raise local football. And for the cause to part with the biggest club of Maldives gives us enormous pride.”

CEO Najeeb khan expressed his feelings after signing New Radient as Ooredoo Maldives’s new ambassador.

On the other hand, chairman of blues, Mohamed Ziyad said that they feel glad to be part with one of the biggest network provide in the country. And also Ziyad said that with Ooredoo Maldives, they will organize special events for kids and will be searching for a new Ashfag.

It is not the first time Ooredoo has signed in with a football club as their ambassadors. The giant side of France, Paris Saint German (PSG) is also an ambassador of Ooredoo.
