Green Streets has confirmed Ali Suzain as their head coach for the upcoming season.

Coach Suzain is the most successful coach in Maldivian football history who is still active. Suzain's achievements come in Victory Sports Club and Maziya Sports and Recreation Club. 2017 wasn't the best year for Suzain. He was named Victory Coach. An excellent second round was not enough as Victory was unsuccessful in qualifying to the Premier League. Suzain finished the season with Thinadhoo, finishing in an excellent fourth place finish in the Premier League.

Green Streets parted ways with Coach Mohamed Sobah after an excellent Male' League second place finish. They barely missed out on being champions only missing out to New Radiants superior goal difference. Green Streets however did not do as well as hoped in the Premier League. Green Streets finished the season with Ali Hassan as the interim coach.
