Eagles signs three young players from BG Sports.

Under 19 National players Jailam Mohamed and Ishaq Rasheed who played for BG Sports Club has signed for Club Eagles under 21 side. Along with them BG Sports Rahul Abdul Samad, former Majeediyya School captain has also joined Cub Eagles.

Jailam Mohamed known to most as Oggy was a regular starter for Shazly's BG Sports first team last season. The starlet has already raised eye brows with quality performances. Earlier this year Oggy trained with Victory sports Club. He also featured in BG's unsuccessful promotion bid this year.

Ishaq Rasheed played one match for BG sports last season. He is also in Ihusan Abdul Ghani's under 19 national team with Oggy. Rahul is yet to feature at this level.

Eagles, the winner of the last two under 21 championships are keen to add to their glory. Their Coach Ahmed Shakir(Shakittey) is the most successful coach in the under 21 championships since it's introduction. Eagles is definitely early favorites.

Apart from Eagles, only 3 teams will participate in this years youth championship. FAM youth championship is a great platform for young prospects to showcase their talent. Players like Ansar Ibrahim, Hasan Naiz and Ahmed Rizuvan from Eagles has even gone on to play in the senior national team.
