Maldives under 19 national football team will face Bangladesh in their second match of SAFF U-18 Championship 2017.

Maldives sits at the fourth place of the point table without a point, while  Bangladesh is at the top of the table with three points.

Bangladesh managed to win their first match against strong India with an amazing come back performance in the second half. India ended the first half of that match with three goals to nil (3-0). Bangladesh came from behind to score four goals and snatching the first three points from the game.

Maldives lost to Bhutan in their first match by 1-0. Despite the lost, Maldives head coach Ihsan showed his appreciation for the effort from his players.

Bangladesh comes into the match with great confidence after their mesmerizing performance against India. On the other hand Maldives will have to improve their performance considerably if they are to gain anything from the match.

Maldives vs Bangladesh will kick-off tomorrow (Wednesday) evening at 1800 hrs.
