Fulham Promoted to The Premier League.

Fulham has been promoted to the Premier League after beating Brantford by 2-1 in the Championship play-off final.
The game took place at the Wembley Stadium on  the 4th August. This was the third time these two teams have met this season.
90 minutes ended goalless however,  extra time goals from Joe Bryan were two rare moments of quality and quick-thinking.
Bryan's incredible free kick and extra time goals guaranteed Fulham's immediate return to the Premier League.
Bryan scored Fulhams first goal in the 105th minutes from more than 35 yards. 2nd goal was scored in the 117th minute. Brantford’s only goal was secured by Henrik Dalsgaard in the fourth minutes of added time but it was too late for them to spark a comeback.
Tomas Frank, the Manager of Brantford congratulated his rival team and said that it was a tight game.
"Of course it’s tough when you lose a final like this in a very tight game but I’m extremely proud of my players. We have gone mid-table club to team who, in the league table was the third best team" Frank said.
He also noted that they were on a very fine margins away from Premier League, which is an incredible triumph for his team.
Meanwhile Tom Cairney said that he can’t put it into words. "It feels special. We got written off a bit this year, no one talked about us, they talked about Brantford and Leeds. I knew we had that performance in us, all season when we needed to win we've done it when it mattered.
