Mohamed Shazly(Shaz) has signed a one and a half year contract with TC Sports as head coach. 

Shaz will be on the bench as the coach in today's game against Nilandhoo. Afiu Mohamed Hamid(Aafi) attended press conference yesterday on behalf of TC Sports, will be assisting Shaz. Aafi was also Shaz's assistant in the Maldives under-19 setup that won the first ever SAFF Under-19 Bronze medal.

"We will rebuild the squad for the AFC Cup" Shaz told BoalhaMV. The Pro-Licensed coach said although he will start today, officially his work will begin after the match preparing for the next game. FAM's Coach Education Department head signed a one and a half year contract with the Champions.

Defending Champions TC Sports parted ways with former head coach Mohamed Athif(Athi) three months ago just months into the season. Athi took over from highly successful coach Mohamed Nizam, who is now coaching abroad in Bangladesh first tier club Saif Sporting Club.
