Bangladesh's Saif Sporting appoints Mohamed Nizam(Nizambe) as the head coach.

Last season's Maldives Football Awards' Best Coach Nizambe left TC Sports after his contract expired leading the club to Premier League glory. Nizambe won the league with TC Sports bring them up from second division and finishing runner up on two occasions. 

Nizambe become only the second coach to be appointed outside of Maldives. Mohamed Adam coaches in Sri Lanka earlier. Saif Sporting finished fourth in Bangladesh's top tier last season. 

Coach Nizambe was appointed under 16 national coach earlier this season, though Nizambe had set the target to take the under 16 team to Indian Ocean Island Games in 2023, Nizambe leaves the junior national team after disappointing results with the Maldives juniors. Nizambe's best performance is with TC Sports, bringing fireworks to the Henveiru Lions ending in winning the Premier League. 

Nizambe is loved and respected by his players. The 'Best Coach' is currently in the process of completing his A-License. Nizambe is also one of the 15 coaches in Maldives who are a part of FAM's D-License Instructor course.
