Ahmed Rizvan(Rizey) and Ali Fasir(Sentey) are called up as the National team travels to Malaysia for training. 

Rizey and Sentey were fined Mvr 50,000 after rejecting national team call ups earlier this year. Both players have since apologized publicly. Maldives faces Philippines in Male' on the 14th of November before facing Guam on the 19th. In other team news Victory defender Maldives under 19 international player Ahmed Nahil did not travel with the squad as he faces issues with his club Victory Sports Club.

Maldives are fourth in the league table after losing to China and Syria. The Red Snappers however are hopeful that they will raise up the table after the two upcoming home games. In Segrt's term, this is the first time that Maldives has called up Ali Ashfaq(Dhagandey), Rizey and Sentey. Last season's three best players. The nation is hopeful and the newly appointed national team committee chairman Ali Waheed has set two wins as the target for the upcoming home games.
