Victory Forfeits Second Match In A Row

Victory Sports Club forfeited their game against United Victory this evening.

United Victory is awarded three points and two goals. Last week Victory Sports Club didn't turn up against Foakaidhoo FC forfeiting the game as well. Victory is one of the most successful clubs in Maldives football history. Three Victory youngsters represented Maldives in the under 19 National team that got bronze medal in SAFF Under 18 Championship. Former Coach Mohamed Adam resigned earlier leaving former Maldives international legend Adam Abdul Latheef as interim coach.

Today also marks the last game for United Victory with their long serving coach Mohamed Nazeeh, announced that he will step down after the Victory game.
