Nilandhoo thrashed an ailing Victory side 6-0 in today's Premier League clash.

Man of the match Adoku Kweku Lucas broke the deadlock in the 24th minute. Victory defended bravely as all three of their registered goalkeepers were on the pitch, two playing as out field players of course. Without anyone else on the bench Victory held their ground till Ahmed Usam(Kalhube) scored Nilandhoo's second in stoppage time to make it 2-0 before halftime.

Lucas scored his second in the 69th minute, two minutes later Hussain Shihubaan(Battey) scored an own goal. Lucas completed his hattrick in the 87th minute before Ahmed Nabeel scored Nilandhoo's sixth goal deep into stoppage time.

The win takes Nilandhoo just a point behind 7th placed United Victory. Victory Sports Club meanwhile remain rooted to the bottom of the Premier League. Later tonight Eagles will play against newly promoted Da Grande in the final match of the first round in the Dhivehi Premier League.
