Nilandhoo defeats Foakaidhoo 3-2 to gain first win of the season.

Adoku Kweku Lucas shocked Foakaidhoo with an early goal in the ninth minute heading in a debut goal. Foakaidhoo diminating match close to scoring on several occasions with Yusuf Junaidh Zahir going close, hitting the post from few yards out and meek shot at goalkeeper. Mustafa Seddick missed the best opportunity of the first half missing a tap in from a pass from Mohamed Jailam(Oggy). A minute from half time Mustafa's cross was tapped in by Junaid to equalize for Nilandhoo. Deep into injury Khalil Jamal's pass found Oggy who slotted home to give Foakaidhoo the lead before halftime.

Foakaidhoo started stronger in the second half going close Mustafa's cross finding substitute Ahmed Naufal(Naappe) who's header just missed the target. On the hour mark former Foakaidhoo player Ahmed Usam tormented Foakaidhoo defense by crossing perfectly for Toshiki Okamoto to score on his debut. Foakaidhoo pressed forward looking for a match winner with defender Mahmud Sayed(Ramos) operating as a striker, Foakaidhoo's gamble failed as Akram Ismail scored the match winner four minutes into stoppage time.

Later tonight Green Streets will play against Victory Sports Club.
