Mohamed Nizam(Nizambe) has been appointed as the national under 15 coach today.

Following poor performance in UEFA Assist International Tournament held in Addu, Maldives, Nizambe will replace Ibrahim Haleem(Jada) as the head coach. 

Nizambe, the well known coach helped TC Sports lift the Dhivehi Premier League last season and was voted the Coach Of The Season by fellow professionals in Maldives Football Awards. Largely popular coach walked out of TC Sports with mutual understanding with due respect from both sides.

Maldives finished at the bottom of the table behind Champions Latvia, Bhutan and Saudi Arabia only managing one goal and no points in the UEFA Assist International Tournament.

National Under 15 boys team was trained under the supervision of Maldives Football Association's Technical Director Ihusan Abdul Ghani(Saanthi) and his staff including National team assistant coach Ahmed Shakir (Shakittey) and Aslam Abdul Ghani.
