Maalhos Sports Club wins the 14th CNF Championship by defeating Young Eagles 1-0.

14th minute headed goal by Ali Arif(Aari) was enough for the former Premier League side to win the 8 a-side annual competition held in Aa. Himendhoo. Long ball into the path of former TC Sports striker Aari was headed cooly for Maalhos. 

Maalhos reached the final by by winning against Constance Moofushi on penalties where former Club Valencia goalkeeper Ibrahim Zameer(Ibu) starred by saving two penalties and scoring the winning penalty. Other notable players in the final match are Maalhos captain, former New Radiant player Ibrahim Naif(Naappe) and former Club Eagles defender Ali Naiz. The competitions top scorer was Ali Ayaz of Young Eagles.

The annual competition is held in Himendhoo for Himendhoo clubs though nearby resorts and other island clubs are invited. W Resort won last edition of the CNF Championship.
