Club Eagles completes one of the biggest coup in this season transfer market capturing the Maldives star Ali Fasir(Sentey).

Sentey announced on his Facebook page that he has already completed the switch. While Sentey played for New Radiant last Season, The blues are currently out of the league due to the suspension from FAM.

Looking at Sentey's history, His first ever club was Eagles on the year 2006, but his appearance started to become noticed by people during his performance at AYL during 2007. Then afterwards he transferred to Valencia. His first appearance at New Radiant took place on 2011, which was a dull year for him without any excitement, for New Radiant went without much success that year. And he switched to Victory the next year and yet again returned to New Radiant and stayed put through 2013-2015. Those 3 years became a turning point for him, for on 2013 he stood with New Radiant when they lifted every title of that year. And on 2015 he was the scorer of the goal by which they secured the trophy. After 2015 he left to play for TC sports club. But that didn't keep him for too long, because on 2017 his returned to New Radiant. During his years at New, he has scored a 100 goals. Last year at SAFF SUZUKI CUP, Sentey played a major role throughout the tournament when they brought home the trophy. He even scored at the finals against India.

Looking at Sentey's achievements, He has been awarded the best player of the Maldives twice, and the golden boot of Maldivian soccer twice.

Currently, Club Eagles is under the supervision of coach Mohamed Shiyaaz (Mohan).  We believe that the club will be delighted to receive the support of the star during their appearances throughout the league. Sentey will be competing on the front lines with the squad with Ahmed Rizwan (Rizey), Hassan Raaif (Hanna) and Mohamed Naeem, who also have renewed their contracts with the club. The goalie is same as the last season, Sri lankan Keeper Sujan perreirer, and the captain is their Imran Nasheed (Imma) who completed that position during last season too.
