The first game of quarter final held group A winners Dharumavantha against group B runners-up Lh.A.E.C Looking at both sides previous results, Dharumavantha won all games to end the group stage in first place meanwhile Lh.A.E.C had only lost against Aminiya in the group stage. Lh.A.E.C started the game strong, scoring 3 minutes into the game, courtesy of Ali Afzaan Ibrahim. Despite the attacking intention showed after that by both sides, Lh.A.E.C held onto that goal to confirm the first of the semi-final spots.

The night game showcased two group C winners Rehendhi against group D runners-up Hiriya. Looking at both sides, Hiriya came on the back of just one loss in the group stage against eventual group winners Ghaazee. Rehendhi came with two wins and two draws and surprisingly claimed the first spot in group C on the last matchday of group stage.

The game saw both sides go head to head from the first minute, but no goals were seen before the full time whistle. This meant the game will go into penalty shootouts. Hiriya won the shootout by 3-1 and their spot kick scorers are Nahya Hussain Habeeb, Abdulla Izan Bin Mohamed, Mohamed Shahudh Sinaan. The sole scorer for the Rehendhi in the shootout was Aayan Mohamed.
