Moahmed Nazeeh has been appointed as the new coach of  United Victory. He famously coached UV in 2015, helping the team get promotion to the first division after winning the second division Championship. He than surprisingly left the club in 2016 and took the post of Victory SC, from which he resigned half way through the campaign.

He stated that he took the position of UV coach, after positive discussion with the management about bringing in new players during the June transfer window as well as assessing the quality of the current foreign players in the squad and if required bringing in new foreign players to the team.

United Victory has lost both their opening matches in the STO Male' league and sits at the bottom of the table. Aathi, who was the UV coach until two weeks ago, resigned stating that the team and the management lacked a clear direction and target for the new season.

Nazeeh's  first test as the coach of United Victory would be the match in STO Male’ league against TC Sports Club scheduled to take place on 7^th April 2017.
