United Victory earns 3 points after defeating Maziya.

Match day 4’s first game featured a strong Maziya rejuvenated by a win against the defending champions and a brave United Victory side looking to overcome the challenges they faced before the tournament started. The scoring was opened by Ahmed Haamy Najah of United in the 32 minutes. The game then was fought hard as Maziya was aiming to atleast salvage a point from the game. However on the 84^th minute Yoosuf Jaisham Naafiz contributed to the winning goal for United. As the game was headed to an end a consolation goal was scored by Maziya’s Yaamin Ali in stoppage time.

The five-team group B will now be more competitive than ever as all teams prepare to fight for a spot in the semis. The late game between Green Streets and Eydhafushi however might change how the group shapes up if Eydhafushi manages to surprise the defending champions.
