Young talent Ansar Ibrahim (Anko) might be on the verge of moving to foakaidhoo.

The player from Club Valencia became a free player after the relegation of Valencia from the top flight into second division. He's played for Eagles and won best 5 Youth player awards three times. Remarkably, the 23 year old player has won most youth championship winning medals in maldives (3 with Club Eagles and 1 with Club Valencia)

He has formerly worked with Foakaidhoo coach Ali Nisthar in Eagles under 21 and senior team and also Arabiyya School team captain with Nisthar.

"I do not want to comment on this yet, But you will hear from me soon" Anko said talking to 'Boalha'.

Also talking to 'Boalha', manager of Foakaidhoo FC, Mohamed Rimaz said, "Foakaidhoo is interested, but so far it's not confirmed. We will make an announcement soon. We have other surprise players too"
