Eagles Youngster Ibrahim Ilhan Ismail(Ilu) joins Foakaidhoo FC.

Eagles marksman joined FFC for their under 21 Youth Championship team. Ilu has 7 under-19 International caps for Maldives. The Maldives under-19 International scored 2 goals for Club Eagles. Coming off the bench, Ilu managed to score two goals and two assists in last year's under 19 Youth Championship.

Along with Ilu, FFC also secured the services of Green Streets wing-back Ibrahim Anoof, Ilu's team mate in the National side played a major role in Green Streets Championship winning under 19 side. An official from Foakaidhoo FC said, FFC coach has tracked Ilu since last year's Youth Championship.

Talking to BoalhaMV, Ilu said the reason he moved to FFC is that he wanted to work with his uncle Ammadey(Ahmed Mohamed) and coach Nisthar. But the biggest reason he chose FFC is that he wants to play with Maldives most Promising player Oggy(Mohamed Jailam). Oggy made a name for himself in FFC finishing the league as one of Maldives brightest prospects.

"I want to be the top scorer, I want to be selected for the under 19 National team starting 11 and I want to be selected for Foakaidhoo FC senior team. I want to achieve what Oggy achieved here last year" said the ambitious striker.
