Experienced Coach Mohamed Athif(Athi) has met with TC Sports Chairman Dave(Ahmed Nasheed) and senior staff at TC Sports Club.

Dave uploaded a photo of himself and senior staff at TC Sports with coach Athi on his Facebook page on saturday.

TC is understood to be interviewing coaches to take over from Nizambe(Mohamed Nizam) who resigned since bringing the league to the Henveiru club. The former United Victory and Victory Sports coach is now working as the head coach of the Women's National team. Athi also works as the head of department of Women's football at the Football Association of Maldives.

Talking to BoalhaMV, the experienced coach said that he just had coffee with the TC management. He did not have anything else to say on the matter. This is the second senior coach that has been linked with TC Sports in the last 48 hours. Earlier Mohamed Shazly was also rumored to have met with TC officials. Shazly also remained silent on the matter when contacted by BoalhaMV.
